摘　　要：目的:观察可吸收缝线固定移位带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣术治疗原发性翼状胬肉临床疗效。方法:对52例52眼原发性翼状胬肉行可吸收缝线固定移位带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣术。结果:随访6～36mo,2例复发,复发率为4%。结论:可吸收缝线固定移位带角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣术治疗原发性翼状胬肉,复发率低,疗效满意。AIM：To observe the clinical effect of treatment of primary pterygium with absorbable suture fixation of displaced conjunctival flap with limbal stem cells conjunctival flap surgery.METHODS：A total of 52 eyes （52 patients） with primary pterygium used absorbable suture fixation of displaced conjunctival flap with limbal stem cells technique for treatment.RESULTS： The follow-up periods ranged from 6 to 36 months, 2 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 4%.CONCLUSION： With absorbable suture fixation of displaced conjunctival flap with limbal stem cell transplantation in treatment of primary pterygium, recurrence rate is low, results are satisfactory
