摘　　要：目的探讨肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病(PLAM)的临床、病理特征.方法回顾性研究近2a 3例PLAM病人在雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)的表达情况.结果在PLAM病人中,病变部位ER和PR呈阳性表达.结论 ER、PR对肿瘤发病机制的研究、诊断及治疗有一定的帮助.Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis（PLAM）.Method Expression of estrogen receptor（ER）and progesterone receptor（PR） in tumor tissues of three patients with pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis（PLAM） was retrospectively analyzed by immunohistochemistry.Result ER and PR were positively expressed in the tumor tissues of patients with PLAM.Conclusion The detection of ER and PR expression may be helpful for further research of the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
