医科院校大学生教学质量意识调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解学生的教学质量意识现状,为医学院校教学质量的提高提供重要参考.方法通过问卷的方式,对昆明医学院5个年级、14个专业的756人进行了问卷调查.结果昆明医学院在校大学生自我具有较强的教学质量意识.结论应从注重学生评教细节工作、建立制度、完善教师绩效评价指标等方面进行改进.Objective To understand students＇awareness of teaching and learning quality and provide important reference for teaching quality assurance and improvement in medical colleges,Methods By questionnaire,we conducted a survey on 756 students withe 14 majors in 5 years in Kunming Medical University.Rerult Students has strong sense on awareness of teaching and learning quality in Kunming Medical University.Conclusion The work should be improved in the details on students＇evaluation of teaching,establishing system and improvement system of teachers＇performance evaluation.
