摘　　要：我国的图书馆向来提倡"以人为本"的服务理念。保障图书馆员的健康也是图书馆管理的重要方面。通过对1979年至2010年有关图书馆员健康问题研究进展进行综述,以及对研究内容进行比较分析,着力探讨健康权、图书馆员职业健康现状,提出改善的措施及对策,建立保障图书馆员健康权益的长效机制,保障馆员的职业安全与健康。The protection of librarians＇occupational health is an important part of library management.This paper makes a summary of the research papers on the health problems of librarians from 1979 to 2010,compares the contents and analyzes occupational rights and the current situation of librarians＇health.It further offers the measures to improve librarians＇health and holds that a long-term effective mechanism should be established to protect librarians＇health and occupational safety.
