甲硝唑联合乳酸菌治疗复发性细菌性阴道病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:甲硝唑阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳酸菌活菌胶囊治疗复发性细菌性阴道病的疗效。方法:对118例复发性细菌性阴道病患者采用双盲、随机对照的方法,分成试验组(n=59)和对照组(n=59)。试验组用药为甲硝唑阴道泡腾片,每晚1片,阴道放置7 d停药,第8天用阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊,每晚1粒,阴道放置10 d。对照组用药为甲硝唑阴道泡腾片,每晚1片,阴道放置,疗程7 d。结果:甲硝唑联合阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊能迅速缓解临床症状,实验室检查转阴效率高,总有效率为96.61%,复发率3.51%;而单纯使用甲硝唑总有效率为71.19%,复发率为21.43%,前者疗效明显增强。结论:用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片联合阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病疗效高,不易复发。Objective： To observe the effect of metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets plus vaginal lactic acid bacteria viable capsule in the treatment of recurrent bacterial vaginosis.Methods： A total of 118 patients with recurrent bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into experiment group（n=59） and control group（n=59）.The experiment group was given metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets（1 each night,placed in the vagina for 7 days） and vaginal lactic acid bacteria viable capsule（1 each night,placed in the vagina for 10 days） at day 8.The control group was given metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets（1 each night,placed in the vagina for 7 days）.Results： Metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets plus vaginal lactic acid bacteria viable capsule could rapidly relieve the symptoms.The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.61% and the recurrence rate was 3.51%;while the total effective rate in the control group was 71.19% and the recurrence rate was 21.43%.Conclusion： Metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets plus vaginal lactic acid bacteria viable capsule can effectively treat recurrent bacterial vaginosis,with less recurrence.
