隐匿性乳腺癌9例的诊治体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨隐性乳腺癌目前的诊断、治疗与预后。方法:对近2年收治9例隐性乳腺癌进行回顾性调查分析。结果:隐性乳腺癌不多见,本人报告9例,本病首发症状是腋窝肿块,乳腺触不到肿块,乳腺外检查亦无可疑征象。结论:经病理诊断腋淋巴结转移癌,女性患者在没有明显乳癌体征应考虑OBC,进行以手术为主的综合治疗。Objective：Abstract purpose study recessiveness the breast cancer is current to diagnose, treatment with prepare behind. Methods：The method carries on to look back sex investigation analysis towards being cured 9 recessiveness breast cancers for 2 years. The result recessiveness breast cancer not much sees, I report 9, the head hair symptom of this disease is an armpit lump. Results：mammary glands could not touch a lump, mammary glands outside inspection as weU have no suspicious advertise for elephant. Conclusion：Through pathology diagnosis Yi the lymphoid carried down move a cancer,the female sufferer should consider OBC at having no the body of obvious breast cancer to advertise for, progress regard surgical operation as principle of the synthesis cure.
