摘  要:目的检测急性肝衰竭大鼠血清中的胃动素(MTL)、瘦素(Leptin)、饥饿激素(ghrelin)的浓度,以探究急性肝衰竭时胃肠功能障碍的因素。方法采用D-氨基半乳糖急性肝衰竭大鼠模型,麻醉后下腔静脉采血,用酶联免疫(ELISA)法分别检测正常大鼠和急性肝衰竭大鼠血清中的胃动素、瘦素、饥饿激素的浓度,并对两组的浓度值进行比较分析。结果急性肝衰竭大鼠较正常对照组大鼠的饥饿激素浓度明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-4.531、-7.210,P<0.05);急性肝衰竭大鼠较正常对照组大鼠的胃动素浓度明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.064、-2.530,P<0.05);急性肝衰竭大鼠较正常对照组大鼠的瘦素浓度明显升高,差异有显著差异(t值分别为-3.550、-6.031,P<0.05)。结论急性肝衰竭大鼠血清中的胃动素(MTL)、瘦素(Leptin)和饥饿激素(ghrelin)明显升高,这可能是肝衰竭时胃肠功能障碍时出现的恶心、呕吐、厌油、腹胀的原因之一。Objective Detection of acute liver failure in the rat serum motilin(MTL),leptin(Leptin),ghrelin(ghrelin) levels to explore in acute liver failure factors of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Method By D-galactosamine model of acute liver failure in rats,the inferior vena cava blood samples after anesthesia with enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) were detected in normal rats and rats with acute liver failure serum motilin,leptin,the concentration of ghrelin,and the concentration in both groups were compared.Results Acute liver failure rats compared with control rats ghrelin concentrations were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(t value was-4.531 and-7.210,P 〈0.05);acute liver failure rats compared with control group Motilin in rats increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(t value was-2.064 and-2.530,P 〈0.05);acute liver failure rats compared with normal control group the leptin concentration was significantly higher Significant difference(t value was-3.550 and-6.031,P 〈0.05).Conclusion Acute liver failure serum motilin in(MTL) leptin(Leptin) and ghrelin(ghrelin) was significantly higher,which may be liver failure occurs when the gastrointestinal dysfunction,nausea,vomiting,tired of the oil,one of the causes bloating.
