摘 要:目的:观察近红外光谱(near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)光学参数在胶质瘤射频热疗术中的变化规律,探讨利用NIRS对胶质瘤射频热疗进行实时监测的可行性。方法:将C6胶质瘤细胞注入大鼠脑右侧尾状核建立胶质瘤大鼠模型;在不同时间、温度下对荷瘤大鼠进行靶向毁损,观察并记录肿瘤组织射频加热时靶点的NIRS参数,尤其是优化散射系数(reduced scattering coefficient,μ′s)的变化情况。结果:不同时间、温度下NIRS出现特征性变化曲线;当温度不变时,各时间组间μ′s的变化值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);当时间不变时,各温度组间μ′s的变化值差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用NIRS实时活体在位监测胶质瘤大鼠射频热疗的疗效是科学的、可行的。Objective: To explore the feasibility of using near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technology to monitor real-time in the radiofreqency ablation technology of the rats with glioma and to observe the process of changes in the optical parameters.Methods: Injecting C6 glioma cells into the right caudate nucleus of rat brain to establish animal models.Target destruction was performed in NIRS monitoring in different time and temperature.The changes of optical parameters,the reduced scattering coefficient in particular,were observed and recorded by glioma tissue spectroscopy.Results: Near-infrared spectral displayed a characteristic curve under different times and temperatures.At the same lesion temperature,the changes of the reduced scattering coefficient had significant differences among different times(P0.05).At the same lesion time,the changes of the reduced scattering coefficient had significant differences among different temperatures(P0.05).Conclusion: Real-time use of NIRS infrared spectroscopy technology in vivo to monitor radio frequency power in damaged glioma of rats is scientific and feasible.
