摘 要:目的:探讨功能CT(f-MSCT)灌注成像在兔乳腺VX2种植瘤放疗前后疗效监测中的应用价值。方法:24只种植VX2癌株的日本大耳白兔,随机分为放射治疗组(16只)和对照组(8只),分别于肿瘤种植后2周、放射治疗结束后1周(即肿瘤种植后5周)行CT灌注扫描,获得放疗前后肿瘤组织的血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)、表面通透性(PS)均值,统计学分析各参数之间的差异性。结果:治疗前,放射治疗组与对照组灌注参数BF、BV、PS值组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,放射治疗组与对照组灌注参数BF、BV、PS值组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);放射治疗组治疗后灌注参数BF、BV、PS值均较放射治疗组放疗前及对照组减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:f-MSCT灌注成像能反映兔VX2种植瘤放疗前后血流动力学改变,可以用来对肿瘤放疗的早期疗效进行评价和动态监测。Objective: To investigate the application value of functional multislice CT(f-MSCT) perfusion imaging of VX2 tumor in rabbit by monitoring the radiotherapeutic effect before and after radiotherapy.Methods: To select twenty-four Japan white rabbits which were implanted VX2 tumor successfully and divide them into radiation treatment group(n=16) and control group(n=8) at random.To perform f-MSCT perfusion scan two weeks after implantation and one week after radiation therapy respectively.Then to obtain mean values of blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),mean transit time(MTT) and permeability surface(PS) of VX2 tumors and to analyze the differences among them.Results: There were no statistical significances compared parameters including BF,BV,PS of radiation treatment group to control group pre-radiation therapy(P0.05).There were statistical significances compared parameters including BF,BV,PS of radiation treatment group to control group post-radiation therapy(P0.01).Perfusion parameters including BF,BV,PS were decreased post-radiation therapy compared to control group or radiation treatment group pre-radiation therapy and there were significant differences between them(P0.01).Conclusion: f-MSCT perfusion imaging is able to reflect hemodynamic changes of VX2 implanted breast tumor,which can evaluate the early radiotherapy effect in malignant breast tumor non-invasively and accurately.
