热疗联合化疗在晚期消化道恶性肿瘤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨射频热疗联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的近期疗效及其安全性。方法:回顾分析2008年3月～2011年3月本院收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者100例,随机分为两组,其中对照组50例,根据病种采取相应方案单用全身化疗;实验组50例,除化疗外同时在病灶部位予HY27000射频透热治疗仪热疗,两组均治疗至少2周期以上,评价疗效及其安全性。结果:100例患者均有一定的疗效,实验组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实验组相比,对照组消化道反应及骨髓抑制毒副作用发生率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频透热局部治疗联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤较单用化疗有一定优势,具有疗效好、毒副作用轻等优点,值得进一步研究和推广应用,并可通过寻找更好的加热程序、改进测温方式等进一步提高疗效。Objective：To evaluate radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer efficacy and safety of short-term.Methods：Retrospective analyzed from March 2008 to March 2011 in our hospital 100 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into two groups,one control group of 50 cases,according to the corresponding program disease with chemotherapy alone;experimental group of 50 cases,in addition to chemotherapy,while outside the lesion site to HY27000 radiofrequency hyperthermia heat treatment for the two groups were at least 2 cycles of treatment efficacy and safety evaluation.Results：100 patients had a certain effect,experimental group was significantly higher with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）;compared with the experimental group and control group response and bone marrow suppression gastrointestinal side effects were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Radiofrequency thermal therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of local advanced cancer compared with chemotherapy alone has certain advantages,with good efficacy,side effects of light,etc.,deserves further study and application and can be heated through in search of better procedures to improve temperature methods to further improve the outcome.
