摘　　要：目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Livin在喉癌组织中的表达及其与喉癌临床病理的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测了50例喉癌组织,45例癌旁组织,10例喉乳头状瘤及16例声带息肉中Livin蛋白的表达情况。RT-PCR方法检测41喉癌组织,41例癌旁组织和11声带息肉组织中Livin mRNA的表达情况。结果 RT-PCR检测结果显示Livin mRNA在喉癌组织中相对表达量明显高于癌旁组织及声带息肉组织(P<0.01)。免疫组织化学检测结果显示Livin蛋白在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织、喉乳头状瘤及声带息肉(P<0.05)。Livin蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理分级有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿瘤部位、临床分期、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 Livin在喉癌组织中异常高表达,提示在喉癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。OBJECTIVE To study the expression and its significance of apoptosis inhibitor gene Livin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC） . METHODS The expression of Livin in 50 LSCC, 45 para-carcinoma tissues, 10 laryngeal papilloma tissues and 16 vocal card polyp tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry of MaxVision method. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） method were used to detected the level of Livin mRNA in 41 LSCC, 41 para-carcinoma tissues and 11 vocal card polyp tissues. RESULTS The mRNA level of Livin in LSCC were higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues and vocal card polyp tissues （P〈0.011 . The Livin protein positive expression rate was significantly higher in LSCC than that in pracarcinoma tissues, laryngeal papilloma tissues and vocal card polyp tissues （P〈 0.05） . The expression of Livin had significantly correlated with tumor pathological grade. However, Livin protein expression had no significant correlation with age, tumor location, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis （P〉0.05） . CONCLUSION Over-expression of Livin in LSCC may play an important role in pathogenesis and development of LSCC.
