摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9和金属蛋白酶抑制剂TIMP-1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤临床生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学PV9000通用二步法检测50例脑胶质瘤组织中MMP-9与TIMP-1的表达情况。结果随胶质瘤恶性程度增高MMP-9表达增强,TIMP-1表达减低,两者具有相关性,且差别具有统计学意义。结论 MMP-9、TIMP-1在胶质瘤中的表达与其恶性程度具有相关性,并可能评估其预后。Objective To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase- 9 （MMP--9） , tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase--1 （TIMP--1） in glioma and their relationship with the clinical biological behavior of the tumor. Methods Expressions of MMP--9, TIMP--1 were detected in 50 cases underwenting glioma by immunohistochemical staining method. Results The expression of MMP--9 increases while TIMP--1 decreases with the malignancy of glioma increasing. The difference of the expressions of the two proteins was significant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion The expression of MMP--2 and TIMP--1 are correlated with the malignancy of glioma, the prognosis of which may also be estimated at the same time.
