摘 要:目的研究肝细胞癌EGF和c-myc表达及其临床意义。方法利用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化法检测60例肝癌组织、15例正常肝组织中EGF和c-myc的表达。结果肝细胞癌组织中EGF和c-myc阳性表达率明显高于正常肝组织(P<0.05,P<0.01);EGF在肝癌中的表达强度与肿瘤大小及分化程度有关(P<0.05);c-myc在肝癌中的表达强度与肿瘤组织分化、大小及转移有关(P<0.05);EdmondsonⅡ和Ⅲ级肝癌组织EGF、c-myc阳性表达率明显高于Edmondson I级(均P<0.05);EGF与c-myc在肝癌组织中表达强度呈正相关性(r=0.391,P<0.01)。结论 EGF通过上调c-myc表达共同促进肝癌发生。Objective To study expression of EGF and c-myc in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods EGF and c-myc proteins were examined using tissue microarray and in conjunction with immunohistochemistry for 60 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.A control of 15 normal tissue samples(20 mm away from the cancers) was also included.Results Expression rates of EGF and c-myc were significantly higher in tumor tissues than in the control(P〈0.05,and P〈0.01,respectively).EGF expression was closely correlated with the size of tumors and their differentiation status(P〈 0.05).C-myc was closely correlated with the size,differentiation status and metastasis of the tumors(P〈0.05).For both EGF and c-myc,their expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues were significantly higher in Edmondson Grades Ⅱ-and Ⅲ than in Grades I(P〈0.05).Conclusions In hepatocellular carcinoma,c-myc can be up-regulated by EGF,and both can promote tumor development.
