摘 要:针对调制气流声源中动圈-橡胶结构振动系统,利用电涡流传感器构建振动位移测量实验平台,对橡胶硬度分别为40o和50o的系统振动特性进行相关研究。结果表明,该系统在恒流激励下可近似为单自由度系统;在小变形范围内,主共振频率上升梯度随预压量的增大而减小;50o橡胶对应的系统有效频率范围优于40o橡胶;激励信号的大小会改变橡胶的等效刚度,激励越大,刚度越小;在初始小变形工况下,增大橡胶预压量可改善位移谐波失真。A measurement system for vibration displacement of the moving coil-rubber structure was set up using eddy current sensors technique.The vibration characteristics of system using rubber with Shore A hardness of 40 and 50(40oand 50o)were studied respectively.The results show that the moving coil-rubber system can be considered as a single-degree-of-freedom system.For small distortion,the main resonance frequency rising gradient decreases with the pre-compression increasing.The effective band width of the system with 50orubber is wider than that with 40orubber.It is also found that the rubber's equivalent stiffness decreases with the increasing of the exciting signal.Under the condition of small initial distortion,distortion of the displacement wave can be reduced by increasing the rubber's pre-compression.
