摘　　要：乡镇企业在统筹城乡经济发展和推进现代农业的建设等方面发挥重要的作用。通过分析乡镇企业财务管理存在的问题,提出了企业财务管理的对策与建议。The township-run enterprise played the influential role in promoting the economic development and advancing modern agriculture development aspects. The problems in financial management of township-run enterprises is analyzed. The countermeasures are put forward.
