摘　　要：师生关系是教育过程中人与人最基本、最主要的关系。而如今的高校师生关系不和谐现象却时有发生,影响着高校的和谐与稳定。和谐的师生关系应该是建立在师生全面交往和情感联系的基础上的,是师生相互关爱的结果。它不仅有利于良好教风、学风、校风的形成,而且对促进学生完整人格的形成、创新精神的培养等方面也有着十分重要的意义,需要有关各方的精心培育。The relationship between teachers and students is the basic and major one in the process of education.But there still exists some unharmonious phenomenon between teachers and students which affects the harmony and stability of universities and colleges.The author believes that the formation of harmonious relationship between teachers and students depends on the comprehensive human communication and caring for each other between teachers and students.Harmonious relationship helps form the sound school ethos and style of teaching and learning and it is also important for helping students developing their fine personality and spirit of innovation.
