摘　　要：文章认为高校财经类专业学生在思想观念、专业学习、文化素质、情感等方面具有与其它专业不同的特点,并根据财经类专业学生的思想特点和行为方式,探讨了教育管理内容,提高思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。This article has analyzed the ideological and behavioral characteristics of finance and economics majors in the college, which is so different from other majors＇,in such aspects as ideological concept,specialized study,cultural quality,and emotion.On the basis of ideological characteristics and the behavioral patterns of finance and economics majors,this article explores the content of education administration as to enhance the aim and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
