摘　　要：通过采用调查问卷的方法,就大学生兼职的问题,向用人单位、学生和家长分别征求意见,三方对目前大学生的兼职现象持不一致的看法。鉴于大学教育的市场导向,学生兼职的调和方向应朝用人单位和教学目标倾斜,兼职有利于开阔学生专业视野、提高实践能力,为求职打基础。学校的职责是正确引导,科学管理。A questionnaire survey about undergraduate part-time job was conducted to expect some views of the employers,the students,and the parents,get their inconsistent notions.Due to market-oriented view of university education,students part-timer direction should conciliate towards employers and the teaching objectives,which hopes to broaden students＇ professional horizons,improve the practical ability,lay the foundation for the job.University is responsible for proper guidance and scientific management.
