摘　　要：省部级科研基地建设工作,在我国的科技创新体系建设工作中有着非常重要的地位和作用。通过梳理现阶段省部级科研基地建设工作中存在的主要问题,研究切实可行的政策措施,对于提高省级科研基地的建设和管理水平有着重要的现实意义。The construction of provincial science research base plays an important role in and exerts great influence on the construction of creative system of China.Research of practical and effective policies and measures relying on analysis of main problems in construction of present provincial science research base is of great and practical significance for improvement of construction and management of the base.
