摘　　要：文章通过介绍绩效、绩效考评有关概念。结合实际情况,分析了目前我国高校教师绩效考评中存在的主要问题。针对现存问题,从绩效考评的指导原则、绩效考评客体分类、绩效考评内容确定、绩效考评主体选择、绩效考评周期确定、绩效考评结果应用等多个角度对高校教师绩效考评体系的合理构建提出了系统性建议。This paper firstly introduces the relevant concept of performance and performance evaluation.Secondly,in view of the actual circumstances,it analyses the main problems of college teachers＇ performance evaluation in our country.Then,it proposes systematic suggestions for the effective performance evaluation of college teachers,such as： guideline of performance evaluation,classification of performance evaluating object,performance evaluating contents and period,selection of performance evaluating subject,application of the results,etc.
