“一村一名大学生计划”全日制脱产班培养模式探讨——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

摘　　要："一村一名大学生计划"关系到我国农村经济发展及农村劳动力整体素质提高,全日制脱产班学生的培养不同于统招三年制大专生,也不同于不脱产班学生,必须建立自己特有的课程开发体系、课程设置、教学管理、就业创业体系。黄冈职业技术学院结合自身特点进行了一系列探索。＂One village,one undergraduate＂programs related to the rural economic development and the improvement of the overall quality of the rural labor force,the training for the full-time students is different from the traditional three-year college students,and also different from the classes of students who are not released.We must create their own unique system of curriculum development,curriculum establishment,teaching management,employment and entrepreneurship system.Huanggang Polytechnic College made a series of effective exploration with its own characteristics.
