摘　　要：通过国内外对工程师培养的研究现状分析,阐述了工程师培养的模式及目前已采取的对策,在此基础上提出了研究假设,即将工程师分为普通工程师、执业工程师以及卓越工程师三个层次,并构建了新的工程师胜任素质模型,提出了提升胜任工程师素质的具体实施方案。This paper analyzes model and measures of engineer cultivation at present through the review all over the world.Based on competence theories,we proposed the hypothesis that engineer can be divided into common engineer,registered engineer and excellent engineer.A new model of registered engineer competence character is constructed,and the measures of improving such engineers＇ capacity are put forward.
