高职旅游管理专业毕业生就业问题探析

摘　　要：我国旅游行业专业人才匮乏,但是旅游管理专业高职毕业生却不愿在旅游行业长期从业。究其原因主要是就业环境较差,专业人才培养机制滞后,学生就业缺乏理性。解决问题的途径是优化就业和行业环境、改革高职旅游教育体制、规范旅游企业管理和增强高职毕业生的就业竞争力。There is a shortage of professional tourism management in China＇s tourism industrys,but most of graduates of tourism management vocational school are not willing to engage in tourism for long time.The main reason is poor tourism employment environment,professional training me-chanism laging behind,student employment lacking rationality.Solution to the problem is to optimize employment and industry environment,to reform higher educational systems of tourism,to standardize management of tourism enterprises,and enhance the competitiveness of vocational graduates.
