摘　　要：当前高校辅导员压力过大,如果压力不能及时化解,将对他们的生理、心理、行为产生各种负面作用,以至影响高校学生工作效果。深入分析高校辅导员压力源,并有针对性的采取一系列措施化解辅导员压力,才能提高学生工作效果。The pressure on the current college counselors is great.Their physiology,psychology,behavior,and the students work will be negatively affected if the pressure can not be resolved in time.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the pressure causes,this article makes out a series of measures to alleviate counselors ＇pressure effectively.
