论英语微格教学中的评价标准设置

摘　　要：英语微格教学以其微型性、直观性、重复性、可操作性等方面的优势,被越来越多地应用到英语课堂,极大地提高了英语教学水平。在介绍微格教学特点的基础上,提出和分析适合微格教学的评价标准,以期对微格教学的被评价者做出客观、准确、及时的评价,进一步发挥微格教学的整体优势。Because of its advantages of miniaturization,visualization,repetition and manipulation,Micro-teaching method has been applied to English teaching practice more and more and therefore has improved the quality of teaching outcomes.The characteristics of Micro-teaching will be introduced first,and then evaluation standard in the framework of Micro-teaching will be put forward and analyzed,with a wish to evaluate the examinees objectively,accurately without delay,and make the most advantage of Micro-teaching.
