乏特氏壶腹癌的多层螺旋CT诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨乏特氏壶腹癌的多层螺旋CT诊断。方法 40例乏特氏壶腹癌患者均进行多层螺旋CT扫描,并运用MP及CPR进行图像后处理。结果 CT与手术显示乏特氏壶腹癌梗阻水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT与手术诊断胰腺、胆管与十二指肠、淋巴结转移与周围血管比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);40例患者中有30例显示十二指肠内缘乳头状充盈缺损肿块,9例显示浸润生长型腺癌。结论 MSCT扫描与图像后处理技术结合应用在乏特氏壶腹癌的诊断与鉴别中是有效、可靠的方法之一,并对临床手术治疗提供了重要的指导作用,在临床上具有很高的应用价值。Objective To study the lack of abdominal cancer＇s pot,MDCT diagnosis.Methods 40 cases,giants＇s ampullary cancer patients in multislice CT scans were performed,and used the MP and CPR image post-processing.Results CT and surgery,that＇s pot of abdominal cancer deficient obstruction level is,there were no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;CT with the diagnosis of pancreatic surgery,bile duct and the duodenum,lymph node metastasis and peripheral vascular comparison,there were no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;40 patients had 30 cases show around the duodenum papillary filling defect bump,9 cases show infiltrated growth adenocarcinoma.Conclusion MSCT scanning and image post-processing technology with the use of deficient in,the cancer＇s pot belly diagnosis and differential is valid and reliable method for clinical surgery,and one of the treatment provides important guiding role,in clinical has the very high application value.
