血液分析仪与外周血涂片镜检在恶性血液病诊断中作用的评价

摘　　要：目的：分析全自动血液分析仪及外周血涂片镜检两种检查手段在初诊恶性血液病诊断中的价值。方法：用日本东亚公司ＮＳ－１５００型全自动血液分析仪及外周血涂片镜检作瑞氏染色检查外周血白细胞分类。结果：１４８例恶性血液病中，用ＮＳ－１５００一自动血液分析仪及外周血涂片镜检幼稚细胞的检出率分别为：８３．７％（１２４／１４８）、７９．９％（１１８／１４８），Ｐ〉０．０５。外周血涂片镜检未检出幼铁病人中。Objectives:To analyse the diagnostic value of automatic blood analysis and microscopic examination of perpheral blood smear in patients with hemopoietic malignance on first visit.Methods:The Japanese Easthern Asra Corporation NS-1500 automatic blood analysis was used and microscopic examine the differantiated lount of WBC.Results:In 148 cases of hemopoietic malignance,the detective reats of blast by NS-1500 automatic blood analysis and microscopic examination of perpheral blood smear were 83.7% (124/148) and 78.3%(116/148) respectively (P>0.05).In cases of negative blast detection by microscopic examination of peripheral blood smeas.two leukamic patients (FAB M 2) showed abnormalty in differentiated count of WBC by automatic blood analysis.But NS-1500 automatic blood analysis has difficalty differenciating different kind of blast sometimes.Conclusions:Automatic blood analysis and microscopic examination of perpheral blood smear are two specific methods in clinical diagnosis,If we use both of them,the correct rate of diagnosis should be improved.
