摘  要:以可溶性玉米淀粉、AMPS、DMDAAC、AM四元共聚,制得一种两性离子改性淀粉钻井液降滤失剂。结果表明,该聚合物降滤失剂在淡水基浆、盐水基浆、人工海水基浆中均具有较好的降失水性能,1.0%的产品加量,淡水基浆中API失水为6 mL,饱和盐水基浆中API失水为8 mL,人工海水基浆中API失水为8.4 mL;0.6%的产品加量的淡水基浆在150℃、3.5 MPa下的失水量为24.2 mL,基浆在180℃下热滚16 h后性能无明显变化,页岩滚动回收1次、2次,回收率均在90%以上。A modified starch drilling fluid loss additive was prepared from soluble corn starch,AMPS,DMDAAC and AM.The results indicated that this additive had good water loss ability in fresh water based slurry,salt water based slurry and artificial seawater based slurry,respectively.When the amount of additive was 1.0%,API water loss was 6,8 and 8.4 mL in fresh water based slurry,salt water based slurry and artificial seawater based slurry,respectively.When 0.6% additive was added into fresh water based slurry,temperature was 150 ℃,pressure was 3.5 MPa,water loss was 24.2 mL.The property of base slurry did not change obviously at 180 ℃ for 16 h.The recoveries were over 90%.
