摘　　要：【目的】研究鼻腔无色素性恶性黑色素瘤组织中HMB45 和S100 表达及其意义。【方法】应用HMB45 ,S100 ,Keratin ,LCA,F8 ,NSE 系列抗体对12 例鼻腔无色素性恶性黑色素瘤进行SP 免疫组化法分析。【结果】12 例肿瘤组织HMB45 阳性率100 % (12/12) ,S100 91 .67 % (11/12) ,而Keratin ,LCA,F8 ,NSE 均呈阴性。【结论】HMB45 是无色素性恶性黑色素瘤的一种特异性标记物;Objective To study the expressions of HMB 45 and S 100 as well as their significances in amelanotic malignant melanoma (AMM) of nasal cavity. Methods A series of antibodies including HMB 45 ,S 100,keratin,LCA,F 8 and NSE were used on paraffin sections in 12 cases of AMM by SP immunohistochemical methods. Results Positive rates of HMB 45 and S 100 staining were 100% (12/12) and 91.67% (11/12) respectively,while none showed immunoreactivity with keratin,LCA,F 8 and NSE. Conclusions HMB 45 might be a specific marker for amelanotic malignant melanoma.Immunohistochemical detection is helpful for its confirmed diagnosis and differentiation.
