摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2(IGFBP-2)在脂肪肝组织中的表达及意义。方法 60只清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机均分为6组:模型组分别用四氯化碳(CCl4)、酒精、高脂饮食诱导,相应的对照组予以正常饮食。采用半定量免疫组织化学方法检测脂肪肝大鼠肝脏组织的IGFBP-2表达。结果三个脂肪肝模型组大鼠肝脏组织IGFBP-2表达均高于各自的对照组[(245.3±67.6)个/mm2vs.(53.5±15.3)个/mm2,(282.4±58.6)个/mm2vs.(61.2±14.2)个/mm2,(352.8±81.3)个/mm2vs.(66.2±13.7)个/mm2](P<0.01),且高脂模型组大鼠肝脏组织IGFBP-2表达高于CCl4模型组和酒精模型组大鼠(P<0.05)。结论 IGFBP-2可能参与脂肪肝发生发展,尤其与非酒精性脂肪肝的形成具有密切联系。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-2（IGFBP-2） in liver tissue of rat with fatty liver.Methods Sixty male SD rats were equally divided into 6 groups of three model groups and three corresponding control groups.The rats in model groups were induced fatty liver with CCl4,alcoholic or fat-rich diet.The expressions of IGFBP-2 in liver tissues were detected by semiquantitative immunohistochemistry.Results The expressions of IGFBP-2 in liver tissues of three model rats were significantly higher than those of corresponding control groups [（245.3±67.6）pieces/mm2 vs.（53.5±15.3）pieces/mm2,（282.4±58.6）pieces/mm2 vs （61.2±14.2）pieces/mm2,（352.8±81.3）pieces/mm2 vs.（66.2±13.7）pieces/mm2]（P0.01）,which were higher in high fat diet model group than those in CCl4 model group or alcoholic model group（P0.05）.Conclusion IGFBP2 may play an important role in the development of fatty liver,especially in the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
