奥曲肽治疗肿瘤化疗相关性腹泻的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察奥曲肽对肿瘤化疗相关性腹泻(CID)的治疗作用。方法对39例CID患者按NCI CT2.0化疗毒副反应分级标准给予奥曲肽治疗。Ⅱ、Ⅲ级CID患者给予皮下注射奥曲肽100μg,每天2次,或每天静脉持续泵入奥曲肽25μg/h,8 h;Ⅳ级CID患者每天静脉持续泵入奥曲肽25μg/h,12 h。结果 39例CID患者经奥曲肽治疗总有效率87.2%。3例皮下注射奥曲肽的患者出现一过性面部潮红、恶心。结论奥曲肽能有效的控制CID,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of octreotide on the chemotherapy-indued diarrhea（CID）.Methods Octretide was given in 39 cases undergiong chemotherapy on the basis of NCI CT2.0 classification standard for chemotherapy adverse reaction.The CID patients with grades of Ⅱ and Ⅲ were given subcutaneous injection of octretide 100μg twice a day or intravenous pumping octretide 25μg/h for 8 hours per day,and those with grade Ⅳ were given intravenous pumping octretide 25μg/h for 12 hours a day.Results Total effectivness rate was 87.2% in 39 CID patients.Three cases of patients with subcutaneous injection of octretide appeared transient facial flushing and nausea.Conclusions Octreotide is effective and safe in treating CID.
