摘　　要：4-哌啶甲酸(2)与乙酐反应制得N-乙酰基-4-哌啶甲酸(3),3经历酰氯化、与间二氟苯Friedel-Crafts反应得到N-乙酰基-4-(2,4-二氟苯甲酰基)哌啶(4)。4脱保护产物5与盐酸羟胺进行缩合反应生成(2,4-二氟苯基)-(4-哌啶基)甲酮肟盐酸盐(6)。最后,6经分子内环合、成盐反应得精神病治疗药的中间体(1),总收率49.5%。4-Piperidinecarboxylic acid（2） reacted with acetic anhydride to give N-acetyl-4-piperidinecarboxylic acid（3）,followed by chlorination and Friedel-Crafts reaction with m-difluorobenzene to provide N-acetyl-4-（2,4-difluorobenzoyl）piperidine（4）.After the deprotection of acetyl group of 4,the product 5 was condensed with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to give（2,4-difluorophenyl）-（4-piperidyl）methanone oxime hydrochloride（6）.Finally,6 was subjected to intramolecular cyclization,and then salification to achieve the intermediate（risperidone）（1） of psychotherapeutic drugs with an overall yield of 49.5%.
