摘 要:针对自行研制的转子-滚动轴承试验器,在Pro/E中建立了单盘转子的三维实体模型。通过Pro/E与ANSYS的无缝连接技术,在ANSYS中得到单盘转子的三维有限元模型,采用Sol-id185实体单元进行网格划分并采用Subspace法得到了前4阶固有频率和振型。利用锤击法对转子试验器进行了实验模态分析,并与ANSYS模态分析结果进行了对比。结果表明,基于ANSYS的计算模态和实验模态达到了很好的一致性。同时,利用ANSYS分析了陀螺力矩对临界转速的影响。最后,利用修改后的有限元模型仿真计算了不平衡动力响应,与相同条件下的实验结果比较表明,所建立的有限元模型能够准确模拟实际转子-滚动轴承试验器的动力学行为。Taking into account the rotor-bearing tester made voluntarily,in this paper,a three-dimensional solid model that simulates the rotor system with single disc is created in Pro/E.Through the seamless connection between Pro/E and ANSYS,a three-dimensional finite element model of rotor system with single disc can be got in ANSYS,after messed by Solid185 solid element,the first four natural frequencies and mode shapes are calculated by subspace method.The experimental modal analysis is conducted on the rotor test device through the hammer method,and the results were compared with those calculated by ANSYS.The results show that the calculation modal based on ANSYS and the testing modal to achieve a good consistency.At the same time,influence of gyro torque on rotor system critical speed is analyzed with ANSYS.Finally,the rotor system′s imbalance responses are obtained by means of the modified finite element model,by comparison with the experiment results,the results indicate the new model can be able to accurately simulate the actual dynamic behavior of the rotor-bearing tester.
