摘  要:在水热条件下,以β-环糊精为修饰剂、水合肼为还原剂,还原二水合乙酰丙酮镍前体制备了海绵状纳米镍晶,并采用XRD和SEM对其进行了表征。以油酸为表面活性剂对纳米镍晶进行表面修饰,以提高其油溶性及分散性;利用四球摩擦试验机对添加了改性纳米镍晶的基础油的摩擦学性能进行了摩擦磨损实验,并利用金相显微镜对经过摩擦实验的钢球表面进行形貌分析。实验结果表明,添加了改性纳米镍晶的基础油的减磨和抗磨性能有很大的提高,改性纳米镍晶可在较短的时间内降低油品的摩擦系数,当改性纳米镍晶的质量分数为1.5%时,油品的摩擦学性能最好。Ni nanocrystals with spongy morphology were prepared by using Ni (C5H7O2 )2 · 2H2O as the precursor, hydrazine hydrate as the reductant and β-cyclodextrin reagent as the modifier. The prepared Ni nanoparticles were characterized by means of XRD and SEM. Oleic acid as the surfactant modified the surface of the prepared Ni nanocrystals. The effect of the modified Ni nanoparticles as additives on the tribological properties of base oil were investigated using a four-ball friction and wear tester, and the surface micrograph for the wear scar of the experimental ball was analyzed by means of metalloscope. As the result showing, the modified Ni nanoparticles as the additive are effective in improving the anti-wear ability and friction coefficient of base oil decreased in shorter time. Moreover, the base oil doped with 1.5% (w) modified Ni nanoparticles showed the best tribological properties among the tested oil samples.
