摘　　要：采用反相离子对色谱法测定化妆品中溴硝丙醇等 １１ 种防腐剂，以 Ｚｏｒｂａｘ Ｃ８ 为固定相， Ｖ（０．０５ ｍ ｏｌ／ Ｌ磷酸二氢钠）∶ Ｖ （甲醇）∶ Ｖ （乙腈）＝ ５０∶３５∶１５ 的溶液为流动相，添加氯化十六烷三甲胺（浓度为２ ｍ ｍ ｏｌ／ Ｌ），用磷酸调 ｐ Ｈ 值为 ３５，检测波长为 ２５４ ｎｍ 。样品用甲醇超声提取，回收率为 ８５％ ～１０７％ （ ｎ ＝ ６ ），相对标准偏差为 ２２％ ～７．５％ 。Reversed phase ion pair chromatography was used to detect 11 preservatives including bronopol, esters of p hydroxybenzoic acid (PHBA) in cosmetics. Zorbax C 8 column was used and mobile phase was V(0.05 mol/L NaH 2PO 4)∶V(methyl alcohol)∶V(acetonitrile)=50∶35∶15 with addition of hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (2 mmol/L)and the pH adjusted to 3.5 by using phosphoric acid. The wavelength 254 nm was selected for detection. Samples were extracted with methanol by ultrasonic method. The recoveries were 85% 107% and the relative standard deviations were 2.2% 7.5%.
