摘　　要：高师戏剧影视文学专业学生实践能力培养应以学生理论的素养培育为基础,在夯实理论知识的基础之上,以学生社团为载体,通过开展丰富多彩的活动,提升学生的实践能力,同时要坚持"因材施教"的教育理念,重点培养有创作潜质的学生,引领、提升学生的实践动手能力。In order to enhance the practical abilities of students majoring in drama,film TV literature at normal universities,priority should be given to the improvement of students＇ theoretical attainments.Based on a solid foundation of their professional knowledge,students are to be encouraged to organize and participate in various activities via student societies at universities to practice their professional skills.At the same time,the principle of ＂teaching students according to their aptitude＂ should be upheld with emphasis laid upon the training of potentially competent and creative students.
