摘　　要：创业板市场的推出为中小企业带来更大的发展机遇。论述中小企业创业板上市的重大意义,分析中国中小企业目前自主创新的状况及存在的问题,指出中小企业创新不足是阻碍其上市的最大瓶颈。中小企业必须树立自主创新意识,选择合适的创新模式,加快技术创新的步伐,增强自身实力,以尽快实现创业板上市。The launch of GEM brings greater development opportunities for SME.This paper discussed the great significance of SME＇s going public at GEM,analyzed the status and existing problems of independent innovation of China＇s SME at present,and pointed out that the bottleneck lies in its lack of innovation.SME should persist in awareness of independent innovation,find out suitable innovation models,accelerate the pace of technological innovation,and enhance its competitiveness,in order to go public at GEM as soon as possible.
