摘　　要：语言是人类赖以生存和发展的媒介,但世界并不使用同一种语言,使外语成为我国涉外经济活动区别于西方发达国家经济活动的不可或缺的重要构成因素。这一因素一般由外语、外语人的"本质"及其言语行为三者构成,语言互换是一种劳动,外语人的本质决定语言互换的质量,而其言语行为决定语言互换的速度,这就构成了外语经济学的功能分析框架。Language is a medium on which humans depend for survival and development but not only one language is used in the world.In this sense foreign language has become an indispensable element that the foreign economic activities in our country differ from the economic activities in western developed countries.This element is generally made up of foreign language,essence of people who engage in foreign language work,and their speech behavior.Language exchange is a labor and its quality is determined by the essence of the people who engage in foreign language work while its speed is determined by their language behavior.All these factors constitute the framework of functional analysis of foreign language economics.
