摘  要:目的探讨血清Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联终肽(ICTP)在原发性恶性骨肿瘤和原发性良性骨肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法对本院骨肿瘤科收治的42例原发性恶性骨肿瘤,34例良性骨肿瘤患者,采用酶免疫测定(EIA)方法测定ICTP水平。结果原发性恶性骨肿瘤组的ICTP水平为16.91±10.73μg/L,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而良性骨肿瘤组ICTP水平为5.70±4.40μg/L,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。良、恶性骨肿瘤组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ICTP对骨肿瘤的敏感性和特异性分别为85%和53%。结论血清ICTP可作为原发性骨肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断的一个指标。Objective To explore the clinical usefulness of determination of serum pyridinoline cross-linked carboxyterminal telopeptide of Type I Collagen(ICTP) in patients with primary malignant bone tumor and benign bone tumor.Methods Serum ICTP in 42 malignant bone tumor patients and 34 benign bone tumor patients were analyzed.Serum ICTP was determined by enzyme immunoassay(EIA).Results The serum level of ICTP shown(16.91±10.73) μg/L in malignant bone tumor group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01).The srum level(5.70±4.40) μg/L in benign bone tumor group has no significantly statistics compared with the control group(P0.05).At the same time,the serum level in malignant bone tumor group were significantly higher than that of benign bone tumor group(P0.01).Conclusion Serum ICTP was a sensitive and convenient biochemical index which could diagnose and identify primary bone tumor.
