摘　　要：针对河北中钢钢铁有限公司1250mm八辊五机架冷连轧机组活套充套套量过小的问题,通过将原有6层活套增加到8层,活套套量由360m提高到480m,实现了换钢卷时不降带速的连续轧制,最大限度地发挥了整条生产线的生产能力。To the problem of small storage capacity of original loop on a 1250mm 8-high five tandem mill of Hebei Zhonggang,the loop is added from 6 layers to 8 layers,the storage capacity is increased from 360m to 480m.The continuous rolling is realized by keeping strip speed while coil changed.Meanwhile,the production capability is realized at maximum.
