摘 要:石墨探针原子化技术是一种实现等温原子化,改善灵敏度的行之有效的方法,采用此方法对痕量铬进行了一系列条件试验,峰面积与铬浓度在0~100ng·ml^(-1)范围内呈线性关系.特征量为16.9pg,检出限为27.2pg(3σ),相对标准偏差为3.1%,并成功地测定了发标和发样中痕量铬的含量,回收率为94.5%~106.7%.该方法灵敏度高、操作简单、快速.结果满意.A method for the determination of trace amounts of chromium by AAS with graphite probe furnace is reported in this paper. The use of graphite probe furnace technique is an efficient way of maintaining constant temperature atomization and for improving the sensitivity of the determination. An excellent linear relationship between the chromium concentration and absorbance (peak area mode) holds over the rang of 0~100ng·ml^(-1). The characteristic mass of chromium and its limit of detection are found to be 16. 9pg and 27.2pg (3o) respectively. The RSD (%) is 3.1 (n=11). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of chromium in human hair with satisfactory results. The recovery of chromium is 94.5% ·06.7%. This new method proves to be sensitive and convenient.
