胃癌血清CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA与临床生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：目的检测胃癌患者血清CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA含量,并分析其与胃癌临床生物学行为的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附测定法、放射免疫测定法对61例胃癌患者血清中CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA含量进行检测,并分析与胃癌临床生物学行为的关系。结果胃癌患者血清CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA含量明显高于相应的正常对照组(P<0.01);三者联合检测较单一指标检测阳性率明显升高(P<0.01);胃癌患者血清中CA72-4、MG7-Ag含量与胃癌Borrmann分型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关;CEA含量与肿瘤大小、Borrmann分型、浸润深度、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论检测血清中CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA将有助于判断胃癌的转移、复发及监测预后。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of CEA,CA72-4 and MG7-Ag in serum and clinical biological behavior in patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods 61 patients with gastric carcinoma were enrolled in the study,and the contents of CA72-4,MG7-Ag,CEA in serum were detected by using enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay（ELISA） and radioimmunoassay.The relationship between the factors＇ expressions and clinical biological behavior was analyzed.Results The contents of CA72-4,MG7-Ag,CEA in serum of patients with gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal control group（P0.01）.The positive rate of the combined detection of three indexes was significantly higher than that of single index detection（P0.01）.The expressions of CA72-4,MG7-Ag were closely correlated with the clinical biological behavior of gastric carcinoma including Borrmann typing,clinical staging,the depth of invasion and lymphatic node metastasis,and the expression of CEA was closely related to the tumor size,Borrmann typing,the depth of invasion of tumor and clinical staging.Conclusion The combined detection of CA72-4,MG7-Ag,CEA in serum is helpful to evaluating the metastasis of tumor,recrudescence and patients＇ prognosis.
