摘　　要：文章对英国、法国、韩国三国先进的农民教育和培训的经验进行了较为详尽的介绍,以期从政府立法扶持、政策长期稳定性、经费来源渠道、培训主体及办学形式等几个方面反思我国的农民教育和培训,以达到洋为中用的借鉴目的。On basis of analyzing the advanced farmer education and training experiences in Britain,France,and South Korea,the paper gives reflections of the eduction and training of farmers in China from several aspects such as the legislative support from the government,the long-term stability of the policy,the sources of funding,the subject of training,the school forms and etc.
