红唇复合组织瓣游离移植修复唇裂术后继发畸形

摘　　要：目的探讨下唇红唇黏膜复合组织瓣游离移植矫正唇裂术后继发红唇组织缺损畸形的效果。方法依据上唇红唇组织缺损量，切取下唇正中包括黏膜、黏膜下层及部分口轮匝肌的复合组织瓣，游离移植以矫治上唇红唇组织缺损。自2006年4月至2011年4月，共修复唇裂术后继发上唇红唇组织缺损患者37例。结果本组37例患者，术后移植物成活良好，随访6～12个月，效果满意，供区瘢痕不明显。结论下唇复合组织瓣游离移植修复唇裂术后继发上唇红唇组织缺损，方法简单，可利用组织量充足，瘢痕轻微；但不适用于因白唇组织缺损较多，上唇过紧的患者。Objective To explore the effect of vermilion border composite free grafts of the lower lip for the repair of secondary defection deformity of cleft lip. Methods Free composite flaps were harvested including mucosa, submucosa tissue and partial orbicular muscle of the lower lip, according to the defective tissue. Then the flaps were grafted and filled in the defections of the upper lip. From April 2006 to April 2011, totally 37 patients were received in this study. Results After 6 to 12 months follow-up, all 37 cases got satisfactory results with all grafts survived and slight scars at the donor sites. Conclusion It is an easy and effective method of vermilion border composite free graft for the repair of secondary defection deformity of cleft lip with sufficient tissue and slight scar. It is not suitable for the case with large amount defection of white lip or upper lip over tight.
