摘　　要：学术虚拟社区已经成为科研工作者分享信息与知识的重要平台。论文对学术社区研究中关于学术社区的概念界定,学术社区知识共享的涵义,学术社区知识共享的成员构成、互动特征、共享行为的影响因素等内容进行综述,并对已有研究进行评析,以期为学术社区知识共享的未来研究提供启示。Academic virtual communities have become the important platform on which scientific workers share information and knowledge. This paper reviewed the existing research on academic virtual communities including the definition of academic virtual communities, the meaning of knowledge-sharing in academic communities, the constitutional and interactive features of community members and the impact factors of sharing behavior.
