摘　　要：目的调查100例健康男性大学生的精液及相关参数。方法 100例健康男性大学生,年龄在20～30岁之间,对其进行生殖系统体检、生殖系统感染的检查、分析精液常规和进行染色体检查。结果本组男性大学生生殖器官发育基本正常。精子密度为(66.68±18.58)×106/ml,在正常参考值范围内;但精子活力稍差,其中a级精子为(23.92±7.17)×106/ml,b级精子为(22.88±4.93)×106/ml。染色体检查基本正常。讨论中国健康男性大学生的精液基本正常,但精子活力稍差,可能与部分大学生吸烟、喝酒、频繁手淫或久坐所导致的前列腺炎有关。Objective To investigate the relevant parameters of the seminal fluid from 100 healthy male undergraduate students.Methods100 healthy undergraduate students,age from 20～30 years old,were enrolled in this study.They all accepted the genital system physical examination.We collected the seminal fluid from all the cases enrolled in this study and the geniatal system infection examination,routine examination and chromosome examination of the seminal fluid were finished at the same time.ResultsThe examination results from the semial fluid analysis are basically in the normal range.But some cases＇ sperm activity slightly decrese.ConclusionThe reason for the decrease of the sperm activity may have some relationship with the behavor of smoking,alcohol abuse,masturbation and the prostatitis from the aplanetic life style.
