香砂六君子丸联合丽珠胃三联治疗胃溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察香砂六君子丸联合丽珠胃三联对胃溃疡的疗效。方法 98例患者随机分为两组:丽珠胃三联治疗组、香砂六君子丸联合丽珠胃三联治疗组,疗程14d。疗程结束后,停药1个月复查胃镜和Hp检查,以判断溃疡愈合和Hp的根除情况。结果丽珠胃三联治疗组Hp的根除率达69.38%,溃疡愈合率达65.3%;香砂六君子丸联合丽珠胃三联治疗组Hp的根除率达83.05%,明显高于丽珠胃三联治疗组(P<0.05),溃疡愈合率达80.92%,明显高于丽珠胃三联治疗组(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子丸能增强丽珠胃三联对胃溃疡的疗效。Objective To observe xiangsha liujun pills combined Livzon weisanlian＇s therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.Methods98 gastric ulcer patients were divided into Livzon weisanlian group and xiangsha liujun pills combined Livzon weisanlian group.ResultsThe eradication rate and concrescence rate of gastric ulcer were increased markedly after treated by livzon weisanlian.The therapeutic effects of xiangsha liujun pills combined Livzon weisanlian group were better than that of Livzon weisanlian group.Conclusionxiangsha liujun pills could enhance the therapeutic effects of Livzon weisanlian on gastric ulcer.
