后房型有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入治疗高度近视的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨后房型有晶状体眼人工晶体植入治疗高度近视眼的临床效果。方法 10例(20眼)高度近视眼患者(屈光度-8.50D-20.50D)表面麻醉后行后房型人工晶体植入术,术后3个月随访观察。结果术前最佳矫正视力(0.93±0.20)与术后3个月裸眼视力(0.95±0.17)两者无统计学意义。术前角膜内皮计数(2866±135)个/mm2,眼压(1.93±0.14)kPa,平均等效球镜度数为(-12.25±2.56)D,术后角膜内皮计数(2831±151)个/mm2,眼压(2.00±0.15)kPa,平均等效球镜度数为-1.07±0.52。实际校正的球径度数与预期校正球镜的度数在±1.0D者为95%,预期柱镜为±1.00D者55%。100%术眼的最佳矫正视力保持不变或增加≥1行,术后裸眼视力≥1.0者为60%,术后裸眼视力≥0.8者为80%。结论后房型有晶体眼人工晶体植入是一种安全、有效的治疗高度近视眼的手术方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of implantable collamer lens（ICL） implantation for correction of high myopia.Methods 10 cases with 20 eyes were involved in the operation of implantable collamer lens（ICL） implantation.All cases were followed up for 3 months.Results There was no significant difference in the visual acuity between preoperative corrected（0.93±0.20） and uncorrected visual acuity（0.95±0.17）.The average corneal endothelial cell density was 2866±135/mm2 preoperative and 2831±151/mm2 postoperative,IOP was（14.50±1.05）mmHg preoperative and（15.01±1.12）mmHg postoperative,mean preoperative manifest spherical equivalent refraction was（12.25±2.56）diopters and（1.07±0.52）diopters postoperative.For average three month follow-up visit,predictability of the manifest spherical equivalent refraction to within ±1.00 D was achieved in 81% of eyes and cylinderal refraction within ±1.00 D in 55% of eyes.100% of eyes maintain or gain〉1 lines of best spectacle-corrected visual acuity（BSCVA）.60% of eyes reached more than 1.0 in visual acuity and 80% more than 0.8.Conclusion The implantation of implantable collamer lens is an effective,safe operation.
