超声乳化白内障吸除联合后房型人工晶体植入治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨和评估超声乳化白内障吸除联合后房型人工晶体植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法对原发性闭角型青光眼患者68例,行超声乳化白内障吸除联合后房型人工晶体植入术,观察术前术后眼压情况,随访时间1-28个月。结果术后最佳矫正视力较术前明显提高(P<0.05),术后眼压较术前明显降低(2.01±0.61)kPa(P<0.05),术后中央前房深度较术前明显加深(2.497±0.141)mm(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障吸除联合后房型人工晶体植入术可有效治疗合并白内障的原发性闭角型青光眼。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens（IOL） for treatment of primary angle-clousure glaucoma（ACG） with cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens（IOL） implantation surgery was performed in 68 eyes of primary angle-clousure glaucoma（ACG） with cataract,intraocular pressure was observed.Results The best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） improved significantly（P〈0.05）,the mean intraocular pressure（IOP） decreased significantly after surgery 15.118±4.605mmHg（P〈0.05）,and the central anterior chamber depth（ACD） obviously deepened（2.497±0.141）mm（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens（IOL） implantation can be effective treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.
