弱视儿童立体视的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同类型及不同程度弱视对立体视功能的影响。方法对银川市27所幼儿园儿童进行弱视筛查,确诊的229名(335眼)弱视儿童利用Titmus进行立体视功能检查,从不同类型及不同程度弱视对立体视功能的影响进统计学分析。结果绝大多数弱视儿童有不同程度的立体视,但立体视锐度未达到正常水平,异常立体视者占82.09%。不同类型弱视患儿斜视性弱视的立体视觉最差,屈光不正性弱视的立体视较好(P<0.01),不同程度患儿轻度弱视的立体视功能较好,重度弱视的立体视功能较差,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弱视儿童立体视功能明显低于立体视正常值。Objective To explore the influence of different types and degrees of amblyopia to stereoscopic vision function.Methods 229 children（335 eyes） with amblyopia are chosen from 27 kindergartens.Then the amblyopia children a stereoscopic vision function was examined and obtained a statistical analysis of the influence of stereoscopic vision function from different types and different degree.Results Most children had different degree of stereoscopic vision,however,the stereoscopic vision acuity didn’t reach the normal level.And 82.09% of them was abnormal.In all the types of ameblyopia,the children with strabismus had worst stereoscopic vision,and the children with ametropia are good,the mild amblyopia were better.In contrast,the serious amblyopia children were worse.Conclusion The stereascopic vision function of amblyopia children is obviously lower than the normal value.
